Marked with the stark letters NCP, the car park on Carrington Street in Mayfair was London’s oldest car park. However, the dreary colours of the NCP brand are now giving way to a landmark mixed-use commercial development. Under the auspices of Ardmore, a luxury revamp has now begun. Initial plans suggest that what became a crime hotspot will grow into a local landmark. So far, the commercial development Mayfair contractors have announced the following:

When the car park was put on sale in 2015, a bidding war was triggered. Coveted as one of Mayfair’s last blank canvases, the high value project offered huge returns. Since the prize estate was bought, the wider Mayfair area has witnessed similar regeneration projects.
