London Elite Trades did an excellent job for us in investigating, diagnosing and then fixing a below-ground drainage issue affecting our home following a severe flooding incident. Chris and Omar’s team were very helpful in first identifying the issues (where other drainage experts had failed), and then advising on a cost-effective solution. This is a review for LondonEliteTrades building company in London. They are very good company in my eyes and delivered the work they did for me up to a very good standard. We employed them sometime ago and the work has passed the test of time and is still looking as good as the day it was first completed. If you are looking for builder or electrician then you should use this company for those jobs.

We used London elite trades for a loft conversion on our property in North London. The scheduling was a bit of a pain but the work and the builders that were sent to do the job were all very polite and friendly. Not being originally from London I do sometimes struggle with the language, but all communications were good and there were no misunderstandings. I give the company 5 stars and would say that they are a very professional company.

Our front porch and hallway were in a really bad state after we moved in and having fixed up most of the house ourselves before this, we simply didn’t have the energy to undertake this job also. From start to finish was 6 weeks and it now looks fab.

I used this firm for a small project for my Mum’s house in Watford. She wanted a small porch/lounge area affixed to the side of her property. We phoned several firms and had meetings with a few including this one.

The space needed some extensive renovating and eventually after some consideration we chose London Elite Trades. They started by pulling everything out and then digging some foundations.

This process took several weeks, after which they started to erect the structure. We had several meetings with the architects at the company and were pleased with the design that they had come up with. The structure and full build totaled no longer than 10-weeks and we are very happy with the new area.

The works have been performed to a high standard and were completed very professionally and efficiently.  We are very happy with the results.

Having just moved into our new home, London Elite Traders were called upon? to do several works around the property to get it up to date. These works were essential and included installing new lead flashings around the chimney and roof, full loft insulation, updating the fuse box and outdoor rendering just to name a few.

We engaged London Elite Traders Limited for our loft conversion and first floor re-modelling. The work involved converting our inverted London pitch roof creating a new second floor to accommodate two new double bedrooms, whilst rearranging the first floor to comprise an enlarged bathroom and renovated drawing room.

Kevin, the principle builder’s work was of a very high standard and he was always. punctual and conscientious. It was also very helpful to have Chris the project manager on hand and local to attend site. He was invariably contactable and ready to help, even on weekends. We are very pleased to have the work completed and the extra space has absolutely transformed our home.”

I have employed London Elite Traders over many years to carry out household repairs/decorating including major items such as replacing central heating systems, boiler and radiators. They have also caried out exterior works on my roof and gutters.

They are a true polymath with a large range of talents and can cary out both gas and electrical repairs having attended the requisite courses of studies to qualify him. Thier work is always first class with much attention to detail. I cannot recommended them highly enough.

London Elite Trades Ltd undertook some work in my basement. The work involved excavation of the basement, a damp-proof membrane inserted, a new ground floor slab being poured. Also, there was an element of underpinning required to our party wall.

Our original wooden frame windows were in dire need of repair at both the front and back of our house across all three floors. We didn’t want to replace them with the modern sole less plastic windows as we wanted to keep the original feel of the property. We didn’t think they could be saved and were very pleased with the final outcome and the quality of the work.
