We have grown over the years to be in a position to handle all aspects of structural steelwork, from the design to the supply and erection of steel frames and metal works. Our work is covered by a comprehensive insurance package and we adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations.
Previously we have undertaken projects involving; towers, bridges, braced multi-storey buildings and high bay warehouse buildings. Our specialist structural works team have extensive experience in a plethora of building projects and types, ranging from historic grade 1 listed building’s to more modern projects. We use specialist design programs coupled with design analysis to fully realise and support clients structural undertakings.
Towers and Masts
We adhere to the relevant guidelines in relation to the structural integrity of these structures. These can be steel, lattice, brick-work or general structures. Design is fully CAD supported and we work unilaterally with the overall design and structural analysis of the building/s.
Surveys and Appraisals
We will engage for our clients’ full surveys and appraisals of existing structural works in place at the property or properties. These are usually carried out at the specific request of the client and fulfil such uses as selling or purchasing property, proposed works appraisal, change of use or apparent structural defects/subsidence.
Foundation Design
We specialise in providing the full-spectrum of foundational designs of structures and buildings, from low rise structures to high-rise tower blocks. Investigation is key to our structural approach and we employ the latest technologies to deliver settlement analysis, piled foundations, retaining walls, raft, concrete reinforced ground beams and deep/water retaining basement works.
Conservation
We conduct careful and detailed inspections of all works undertaken in accordance to conservation and preservation laws. We pay particular attention to control of damp, corrosion, condensation, drainage and fire hazards/precautions. Our aim is always to strengthen existing structures while also implementing the preparation work for future remedial work.
